These liners are moulded from a harder liner compound. This compound has very low swell characteristics which help reduce mouthpiece distortion, which maintains consistent milking performance and results in less performance difference between an old and new set of liners. There is a low slippage with these liners even after 2500 milkings. These liners fit Flo-Star claws and Visi-Claws.

DK-1X

The DK-1X liner is designed for cows with large teats (25mm and larger). It features a “Double Seal” mouthpiece that will accommodate a wide range of teat sizes without being constrictive to milk flow on larger teats. DK-1X liners fit either Flo-Star claws and Visi-Claws. They are available with or without patented Jet-Vent air vents.

R1-EX

The R1-EX liner features a “Double Seal” mouthpiece that will accommodate a wide range of teat sizes without being constrictive to milk flow on larger teats. It has a smaller bore than the DK-1X and a thinner liner barrel wall. R1-EX is well suited for dairies with low vacuum level setting. These liners fit both Flo-Star claws and Visi-Claws. They are available with or without patented Jet-Vent air vents.

DK-FM

With their large bore DK-FM liners are designed for Montbeliard cows. These liners have a highly tapered barrel. They are available only without patented Jet-Vent air vents.
