Our Key Responsibilities are:

• Identify and define training needs by product, region, and profile; develop tailored training plans;

• Ensure training infrastructures, materials, and content are regularly updated;

• Manage training budgets and performance indicators;

• Select, train, and coordinate trainers; deliver certain sessions directly;

• Oversee the BouMatic University platform and maintain the training catalog;

• Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate and consistent reporting.

Profile:

Education:

• Engineering degree in robotics, electromechanics, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience;

• 3 to 5 years in the agricultural sector or a related industry (e.g., agricultural machinery, automation);

• Proven experience in delivering technical training and managing projects,

• Proven management experience.

Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and automated systems;

• Knowledge of the agricultural or dairy farming sector is a plus;

• Ability to simplify and teach technical content to diverse audiences.

Soft skills:

• Rigorous, well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Strong intercultural communication, leadership, and team spirit;

• Ability to demonstrate pedagogical skills and a strong commercial mindset.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and either French or German;

• Dutch is an asset.

Mobility:

• Frequent travel across Europe (up to 80%), occasional international travel (20%).
