What will you do?

In close coordination with the Operations Manager, Production Planner, and Team Leads, you will run daily production operations and ensure targets are met. You will:

• Coordinate and oversee (pre-)assembly lines, the test department, and logistics.
• Be visibly present on the shop floor; coach, motivate, and direct employees.
• Lead by example and resolve operational issues in consultation with employees.
• Periodically assess employee competencies and create development opportunities.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and logistics.
• Ensure delivery against the established production and transport schedule.
• Analyze and optimize production and logistics processes with the Operations Manager.
• Actively contribute to the daily Gemba process with all relevant departments.
• Ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.

• Strong command of Dutch and appropriate basic English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
