Slurry pump - dry configuration

BouMatic pumps, with their unique combination of fixed and rotating knives, are an ideal solution for fine cutting and pumped transfer of slurry with a high dry matter content.

  • The knife system and the shape of the pump housing ensure that the pump sucks up the slurry without clogging.
  • Wear parts such as pump gears and pump housing can be supplied in reinforced material so that wear is reduced by half when pumping sandy slurry for example.
  • Capacity up to 475 m³/h.

DG

Submerged pump - submersible

The BouMatic DG-type submersible pump is submerged in the slurry, where it is used for mixing, grinding, reverse circulation rinsing and overpumping into the front tanks, wells and storage tanks. Several options are available in terms of sizes, attachments, lifting systems, ducts and connections.

  • The knife system and the shape of the pump housing ensure that the pump sucks up the slurry without clogging.
  • Wear parts such as the pump impeller and pump housing can be supplied in a hardened material so that wear is reduced when pumping sandy slurry for example.

MPG

BouMatic long shaft slurry pumps

BouMatic long shaft slurry pumps type MPG (motor pump) and TPG (tractor pump) are mounted on the edge of a well or tank, so that the lower part with the pump housing is lowered into the slurry and the upper part with the motor is in the open air.

The long shaft pump can be supplied with a movable tank bottom mixer. A range of sizes, attachments and pipes available.

  • The hardened steel knife system for dry matter spraying and the spiral for uniform access to the pump ensure unobstructed pumping.
  • Pump housing made of hardened steel. Much better quality than the welded pump housing.
  • High robustness, often 10 to 15 years of operation without high costs.
  • Capacity up to 450 m³/h.

POP

POP slurry mixer

The BouMatic POP 300 slurry mixer is a complete, efficient and robust mixer. The propeller is specially designed with three blades and the low speed of the blades makes it ideal for mixing even very thick slurry.

  • The shape of the propeller produces an optimised mixing effect. Up to 4000 m3.
  • A wide range of sizes, attachments and lifting systems available.
  • Easy to assemble. Even in a tank containing slurry.

POD

Trolley-mounted mixer

Power of 2.2 - 11kW

Scope of application:

Stirring of the slurry under a slatted floor. The efficient mixing of floating sludge and sediment with the liquid phase gives the slurry an easily pumpable consistency. Roll rather than stir the mixer. Then lift part of the slatted floor and plunge the agitator into the slurry using the winch. The agitator can be raised and lowered and swivelled. This will ensure that the slurry is easily and efficiently homogenised in the various parts of the channel.

AXP

Channel mixer

BouMatic type AXP 500 channel mixers for circular rinsing and mixing of slurry in the channels under slatted floors. Makes it possible to obtain an effective mixture so that the slurry is always homogeneous.

  • The propeller is manufactured to be suitable, for example, for a channel with a shallow liquid depth.
  • The low weight allows the mixer to be moved and used in several places.
  • The mixer can be mounted on a mobile trolley.
