BouMatic has come up with a complete range of pumps, mixers, phase
separators and composters that can be adapted to small and large
structures as well as to any type of manure (pig, bovine and poultry).
The range is manufactured using wear-resistant materials, which
results in a significantly longer service life compared to other brands.
Thanks to its experience in manure handling (more than 30 years),
BouMatic is committed to sustainable solutions that offer the best
environmental protection
The T-PHS (with agitator) Pump is ideal for use when slurry needs agitating in the reception tank before pumping it into the slurrystore.
This pump is fitted with an under surface agitator to the main delivery tube to divert the slurry, causing a high pressure jet agitation. Moving a handle at the pump head diverts slurry up to the male bauer discharge fitting (standard).
Lengths available from 1.5m up to 5m. Lengths are measured in 300mm increments.
As all applications of slurry management are not all the same, BouMatic have developed a range of accessories to fit all our Slurry pumps.
The 150mm Re-Circulation pump is used to enable the mixing of above ground storage tanks without the need for a reception tank. The slurry enters the recirculation pump from a head pressure of slurry entering the impeller housing with a 1,000rpm input. The machine will discharge at 3,000gpm.
The T-PHM Linkage Pump is a high capacity pump with 125mm, 150mm and 200mm pipe options. Equipped with a high capacity drum, the T-PHM pump allows high volumes of slurry to be moved over long distances.
The sub-surface mixer effectively mixes the slurry before pumping By moving this pump from one tank to another, the power take-off can be left connected. This additional option is an all-hydraulic movement on all functions to allow control from the tractor seat.
The 200mm T-PHM linkage pump is the ultimate mixer pump with unrivalled performance and high quality construction which allows this machine to satisfy the larger farmer and contractor’s slurry problems
All models are all fully hydraulic controlled from the tractor seat, hydraulic tilt ram, hydraulic depth adjustment, hydraulic motor for rotating the mixer nozzle and a hydraulic ram for moving the mixer nozzle flap up and down. All of these functions can be run from a minimum of two double acting services from the tractor.
The BouMatic Heavy Duty Lagoon Mixer has been designed to suit the progressive farmer, with the new propeller shape and larger diameter, we have produced an aggressive mixing action with the input power of 100-120hp required.
BouMatic Contractor Mixer is the ultimate propeller mixer designed to provide intensive propeller mixing action for the contractor or larger farm
The depth control of this machine is by a double set of hydraulic rams, allowing mixing at different depths of the lagoon giving a better slurry consistency. Fully galvanised heavy duty box section chassis gives this machine unrivalled strength and life expectancy.
The MT-T is the perfect machine for breaking up heavy crusts which build-up on top of above ground slurry storage tanks.
This machine can be moved to different positions around the tank on the tractor 3-point linkage. The mixing beam is controlled by a hydraulic ram allowing the propeller to mix at different depths, allowing the solids and the water content in the tank to be mixed together giving a better slurry consistency.
BouMatic have designed this machine to benefit from the great mixing capacity of the LMH-T whilst having the facility to pump out of the lagoon with the same machine via a 6” side discharge pipe. This provides the user with great benefits, offering several possibilities for filling open top tankers, pumping to other lagoons and priming umbilical pumps, all from one machine.
This machine has been designed to solve the problem that many farmers have with agitating large, above ground slurry storage tanks. The MTH-T uses its bottom jetter nozzle to agitate any sediment in the bottom of the tank, whilst the top jetter nozzle can be rotated to break up large crusts which form at the top of the tank.
