About the position:

This job is placed in our Robotics development and production facility in Emmeloord, The Netherlands. As a Quality & Claim Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that claims are handled under the terms of warranty conditions and that our products meet high-quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the claims intake process for new claims, including determining whether claims are eligible for coverage under the terms of warranty conditions in collaboration with technical department and production.
• Report claim data and work closely with quality and claim department with sister companies in Denmark and Belgium.
• Develop and implement procedures and systems for quality control to ensure that both production and inventory adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Apply systematic problem-solving to identify the causes of quality issues and find appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• You will seek opportunities for continuous improvement of the quality management system and contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A relevant technical education within mechanical engineering, production technology, quality management, or related fields.
• Experience with quality control and quality management within a manufacturing company.
• It would be advantageous if you have experience with quality assurance techniques and tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, the ability to collaborate across different teams.
• A well organized and practical approach.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and experience with audits is an advantage.

This is a full-time (38 hours) position in our office in Emmeloord, The Netherlands. The functional report is to the company's European Quality and Claim Manager. Salary and employment conditions are according to the CAO Metaal & Techniek, including pension scheme and other CAO benefits.
