What is your job?

As a DTM, you are responsible for the support and training of dealers and their customers in the technical area. This technical support is versatile and includes milking technology, electronics, mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and the associated software. In addition, you will take care of the commissioning of new automatic milking systems (milking robots) and follow the further course of operations with the dealers and their customers. They ensure accurate management of all the work performed. Together with a number of passionate colleagues, you will regularly work on call. The challenge is to optimize the machines down to the smallest detail so that they run optimally and reliably.

What do you bring to the table?

You are enthusiastic, socially competent, service- and customer-oriented and have a strong affinity for agriculture, especially dairy farming.

You are a team player who enjoys supporting the dealer's technicians both on-site and remotely.

The affinity for computers is an advantage.

In addition to German, they also speak English and/or Dutch. Other languages are welcome.

They work a large part from home and, if necessary, on-site visits to dealers and customers are necessary by arrangement. The core area refers to Germany and the Netherlands.

Since our dealers are spread across Europe, some additional travel activities have to be carried out by arrangement.
