San Alcalin

Chlorinated alkaline detergent used to clean and disinfect milking equipment and cooling tanks

San Alcalin is a chlor-alkali liquid for milking equipment and bulk tank cleaning and disinfection. This product has been specially designed for cleaning in all situations, even the most difficult ones.

Its balanced formula makes it usable at low concentrations in all water hardness conditions and does not attack rubber even when used at higher concentrations. Used at 0.5% or higher, product consumption is low.

San Alcalin AL*

Economical cleaner for classic washing procedures

San Alcalin AL can be used at 0.5% or higher. This product is therefore economical per wash in typical water conditions found on most dairies. Its formula is particularly well-balanced so that, in the presence of medium hard water, it can be used at low concentrations and does not attack rubber parts even when used at higher concentrations.

BouMaClean CF

Concentrated chlorine-free alkaline cleaner

BouMaClean CF is a powerful chlorine-free alkaline cleaner for milking equipment and bulk tank. This strong source of alkalinity for fat removal is designed for all conditions.

BouMaClean CF is ideal in situations where dairy farmers need to use environmentally friendly products to clean their milking systems, and when regulations require dairies to eliminate the use of chlorine. BouMaClean CF is particularly adapted for use in robots and with high cleaning water temperatures.

San Alcalin SC

Powerful chlorine-free alkaline detergent

San Alcalin SC is a powerful chlorine-free alkaline detergent for milking equipment, cooling tanks and milking robots. San Alcalin SC
provides excellent cleaning of milking systems throughout the year, regardless of the characteristics of milking parlour and water hardness. It ensures a long life for your milking parlour.

San Alcalin SC belongs to the generation of cleaning products especially designed by BouMatic for use without chlorine. The use of this product is ideal when regulations require dairies to eliminate the use of chlorine and when dairy farmers need to use environmentally friendly products. San Alcalin SC can be used with cleaning water temperatures higher than 90°C for disinfection using a temperature procedure.

Sana Guard 1

Super concentrated alkaline CIP detergent - BouMatic most powerful alkaline cleaner

This product belongs to the generation of concentrated BouMatic cleaning products especially formulated for automatic use with BouMatic Guardian wash systems. It is a strong detergent for milking systems and bulk tanks.

Usable with all Guardian pipeline washers and Sanidose systems, its high levels of sequestering agents and dual alkaline source deliver a MAXimum of cleaning power in most water hardness conditions. Sana Guard 1 provides very good cleaning of any type of milking systems throughout the year.

Sana Guard 2

Concentrated cleaning agent

Sana Guard 2 is an active concentrated liquid chlorine cleaner. This product belongs to the generation of concentrated cleaning products especially formulated by BouMatic for an automatic dosage with Guardian pipeline washers. It is a cleaning agent for milking systems and bulk tanks

Sana Guard 2 provides very good cleaning and disinfection of milking systems throughout the year, regardless of milking system type or water hardness. During the wash cycle, Sana Guard 1 should be combined with Sana Guard 2 for complete removal of protein residues and disinfection. Used at 0.15% or higher, this product significantly reduces costs per wash in most water conditions.

San Acide Xtra

Very high-performance acid cleaner and descaler

San Acide Xtra is a very high-performance acid cleaner and descaler. This acid liquid contains phosphoric and sulfuric acids and provides excellent cleaning of milking equipment, cooling tanks and milking robots even in difficult conditions.

San Acide Xtra has a superior efficiency in all situations and with all water hardness conditions. This cleaner can be used at 0.4% or higher depending on water hardness.

San Acide

Powerful acid detergent and descaler

San Acide is a powerful liquid acid cleaner and descaler for milking equipment and bulk tanks. This powerful acid detergent and descaler contains phosphoric and sulphuric acid and provides excellent cleaning for milking systems in all water conditions.

San Acide is used at 0.5% on average and is therefore economical per wash in conditions found on most dairy farms. The use of San Acide improves cleaning efficiency and contributes to the long life of your milking equipment.

San Acide AL

The economical solution

San Acide AL is a high-performance acid descaling and cleaning solution for milking equipment and bulk tanks. This acid solution contains phosphoric and nitric acids. San Acide AL is recommended for use with water containing barium and high levels of iron.

With an average use concentration of 0.5%, San Acide AL is an economical solution. San Acide AL provides proper cleaning of milking equipment. This product does not foam.

Acid 3X

Highly concentrated acid cleaner - BouMatic strongest acid solution

Acid 3X is a powerful concentrated liquid acid descaler and cleaner for milking systems and bulk tanks. Acid 3X belongs to the generation of concentrated cleaning products especially formulated by BouMatic for automatic use with Guardian pipeline washers.

Acid 3X provides very good cleaning of milking systems throughout the year and is suitable for any type of milking systems, with any type of water hardness. Used at concentrations between 0.05% and 0.08%, Acid 3X is an economical and environmentally friendly product.

Acid Guard ST

Concentrated acid cleaner - The economical solution

Based on a two-component acid blend, Acid Guard ST provides very good cleaning of any type of milking system throughout the year, regardless of water hardness. Used at concentrations between 0.08% and 0.1%, Acid Guard ST is an economical and environmentally friendly product.

OxyBrosse

Active oxygen-based acid disinfectant

OxyBrosse is an active oxygen-based disinfectant for the cleaning and decontamination of milking equipment. Designed for the cleaning and sanitizing of all clusters after infected cows, this product can be usedfor equipment decontamination between two milking shifts and for milking robots.

Due to its active oxygen, OxyBrosse is rapidly efficient and safe. With its quick and very efficient action against bacteria, mould, yeast, viruses and spores, OxyBrosse avoids all cross-contamination between animals.
