The Parlor Monitor serves as the command center of the Apollo system, giving operators a real-time, high-resolution view of every cow and every milking point. The 19-inch waterproof touchscreen consolidates live stall data, milk yields, milking speeds, and attention alerts into one intuitive interface, enabling fast decisions and precise control right at the parlor. Operators can issue system-wide commands, sort animals, and adjust cow-level settings streamlining workflows and ensuring consistency across every shift. This centralized visibility and control allow dairies to monitor performance, react instantly, and keep milking moving efficiently, even under demanding conditions.

SmartLite Button

The SmartLite button is BouMatic’s iconic stainless steel operator button, known for its durability and intuitive design. Featuring a single LED button, it gives the operator complete control over the milking point with ease. From starting and stopping the milking process to switching between automatic and manual modes, the SmartLite button simplifies daily operations. Providing real-time feedback on the milking status and alerts operators to any issues or deviations, ensuring a smooth and reliable milking experience.

The ApolloPoint keyboard by BouMatic offers dairies real-time milking data,

immediate animal access, on-the-spot data entry, and a smooth user experience

at the milking point. It can be mounted in a cabinet or installed stand-alone on

various stall types. Each milking point has its own ApolloPoint for localized control, featuring

a multicolor LCD display, dual RGB LEDs, pushbuttons, and a start-stop button, ensuring

intuitive management of the milking process.

The Apollo Controller drives each milking point with precise, automated control of pulsation, detachment, and vacuum functions. One unit powers two stalls, reducing hardware and simplifying installation. With QuickStart workflow support and seamless integration across Apollo components, it delivers consistent performance, gentle milking, and efficient operation in any parlor setup.

Apollo Data Transfer:

Apollo Data Transfer is the fast, secure communication link that keeps the system synchronized. It delivers instant data between milking equipment, sensors, and management tools, enabling real-time monitoring, reporting, and remote support. Designed for reliability and scalability, it ensures accurate information flow and confident decision-making across the entire farm.

Milk Control Unit & Apollo Meter

Milk Control Unit:

This is the operational hub at each milking point, managing pulsation, detachment, vacuum timing, and cluster movement with precision. One MCU supports two stalls, reducing hardware and simplifying installation. It uses accurate flow data and adjustable herd and group level settings to protect udder health, prevent over-milking, and maintain smooth operator workflow. Paired with the ApolloMeter for real-time milk metrics and ApolloPoint/SmartLite for intuitive operator control, the MCU ensures consistent, gentle, and efficient milking across every cow and every shift.

Apollo Meter:

The ApolloMeter captures real-time yield, flow, and conductivity data with high precision, ensuring accurate detaches and consistent milking performance. Built on the proven SmartControl platform, it delivers reliable measurement even under high flow rates, providing the data needed to protect udder health and support accurate, efficient milking at every stall.
