Sönke is a dairy farmer and runs a farm with 450 cows at two locations with
his family. Due to his consistent management, he has increased the milk
yield of his cows to an average of 13,000 kilograms. By taking over a
second location, Sönke has invested a lot of energy in modernisation and
automation in recent months.
