Required Skills and Qualifications:

• The candidate needs to be a self-starter with a quality mindset and a sense of urgency commensurate with the situation.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring technical issues

• Support continuous improvement efforts related to test process efficiency and product quality

• Coordinate with Madison Engineering on ECOs, process changes, BOMs, and test updates

• Provide on-floor support for machine operators and supervisors during critical builds

• Track and document technical support changes in collaboration with the Engineering and Production teams

• Ability to skillfully communicate on a technical level, verbally and in writing.

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• General electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to use multimeter, soldering iron and basic hand tools.

• Able to read basic, Piping layouts, Blueprints, Schematics and component spec sheets.

• Basic computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ability to learn BouMatic systems, etc.

Desired Skills but not required:

• Knowledge of PCB production processes – Silkscreens, reflow ovens, pick and place machines, etc.

• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting experience in a production environment.

• Knowledge of Soldering processes and standards

• Familiarity with electrical connectors and crimping tools

• Understanding of Pneumatics

• Knowledge of Injection molding for plastics

• Wiring harnesses

• Ability to use an oscilloscope

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks

• Familiarity with dairy equipment

Technical or Engineering Degree preferred
