Peristaltic Pumps
The system uses DEMA's peristaltic pumps which include a variety of squeeze tube materials such as Santoprene®, providing good chemical compatibility.
DEMA offers programmable controllers that utilize a probe to measure conductivity to activate, probeless systems that activate on time, and probeless systems with variable speed control. DEMA also offers manually started time systems and systems for more traditional dish / ware washing, laundry and drain dosing applications.

8500 IODINE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM
- Blends and provides “ready to use” iodine solutions for dairy milking parlors or other similar applications. All accessories included for a complete setup.
8501 CLEAN IN PLACE SYSTEM
- The 8501 works in conjunction with the existing pipe washing system. The pumps can be controlled by time or speed to precisely inject the proper amount of chemicals.

- The 8501 is designed to work with the pipe washing system controller. The CDS will drive the pumps when it senses a pair of unpowered contacts being closed.
- Pumps run on Time or Speed
- Single or multi unpowered (dry) contacts
- Pulse or solid alarm
- 120 VAC or 12 VDC option
- This unit can also be used as a 3 product laundry system.
- There is a 5 second filter built into the software to eliminate false triggers.
8502 CHLORINE DIOXIDE SYSTEM
- The 8502 is intended to blend 2 products at any ratio you choose. The ratio can vary dramatically or be equal. Always start with the more viscous of the two materials.
- The 8502 is primarily used for blending 2 part chemical solutions like Chlorine Dioxide. This 2 pump system includes our 83-R1 remote start switch with 20 foot cord.
- It can also be used as a two product laundry system.
- When the button is pushed for 5 seconds both pumps will run for their programmed time.
