We are hiring a Power Platform Developer to join our PE&A team (Process Excellence&Automation) and partner directly with the regional PE&A managers in NAROW and EU. You will be the technical builder behind the automation roadmap: turning process designs into real Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Power BI solutions that ship and scale. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the world, provided you can maintain reasonable working-hour overlap with both regions.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
• Design and build canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps to digitize and streamline business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and service operations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) to automate approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and cross-system workflows.
• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder solutions to support intelligent automation initiatives, including service request handling, knowledge retrieval, and conversational interfaces.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Manage and extend the Dataverse data model, including custom entities, security roles, and business rules.
Process Automation & Integration
• Partner with PE&A managers in NAROW and EU to identify automation opportunities, map current-state processes, and design future-state solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party systems via standard connectors and custom APIs.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including data flows, integration maps, and environment management standards.
• Support the deployment and governance of Power Platform environments, including DLP policies, CoE toolkit adoption, and ALM best practices.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with the PE&A managers across NAROW (North America & Rest of World) and EU regions to align development priorities with business objectives.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions through iterative development cycles.
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to citizen developers and power users across the organization.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for all developed solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Working knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and administration.
• Experience building integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in Power Fx, basic JavaScript, and/or C# for extending platform capabilities.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across functions, time zones, and cultures in a global organization.
• Self-directed work style with the discipline to deliver consistently in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder solutions in production.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data structures and OData integration.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations business processes.
• Experience with Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) toolkit and ALM practices.
• Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and DevOps pipelines for Power Platform.
What We Offer
• Fully remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere within reasonable overlap of NAROW and EU business hours.
• Direct partnership with regional PE&A managers and the COO on initiatives that visibly transform how a global manufacturing company operates.
• Modern Microsoft technology stack — Power Platform, Dynamics 365 F&O, Copilot Studio, Azure — with executive sponsorship and a clear AI governance framework.
• Competitive compensation aligned with the market in your country of residence, plus locally-appropriate benefits.
• A collaborative, multicultural team operating across the US, Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark.
