AN INGENIOUS SYSTEM

The FlyPit is a robot that automatically distributes different types of bedding into your barn (cubicles or straw area). Regular bedding provides a dry area to lie and improves hygiene in the pens.

The health of the animals can be improved by customising the requirements for every animal in each pen. The only work required is to fill the port with round or square bales, which are then automatically chopped using a patented chopping system and straw screen.

The straw is fed to the Flypit 2in1 on a conveyor belt, or directly from the port, and it starts its circuit. It spreads fresh straw several times a day, reducing the amount of straw needed by up to 50% while improving the hygiene of the pens. The FlyPit can also be used for different type of bedding, such as seperated slurry, fermentation residues, wood chips , etc.

ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE

  • SAVE ON STRAW

No need to clean the ports prior to filling. a scraper floor transports the feed to the cutter machine and then to the shuttle eco. Old feed is emptied out first.

  • Efficient distribution

Per animal group you can program and adjust the quantity of needed bedding. For cubicle or straw area.

  • Reduce dust levels

By it’s own concept, the flypit reduces the spreading of dust. In option you can add an extraction dust system.
