I started at BouMatic in 2014. The thing that impresses me the most is the positive attitude and energy of employees. There is a sense of family, company loyalty, and pride at BouMatic that makes it a great place to work. When problems do arise, we work as a team to resolve any challenges that come our way!

Coming from the dairy industry, BouMatic was a welcoming place to start my career post-graduation. A true large company that quickly began to feel like family. BouMatic has allowed me to develop my skills as an agriculture professional by giving me countless opportunities working on farm, with dealerships, and with our own people with years of industry experience.

I truly believe BouMatic is here ‘For the Life of Your Dairy” coming from my family’s farm where we have two BouMatic parlors of our own. One, in fact, being as old as me and turning 25 years old this year, proving the true longevity of BouMatic equipment.

When I started at BouMatic back in 1999 it was a new experience that provided a positive and energetic work environment that I was looking for. I started in Production Control and Engineering department. I currently work in Customer Service as an Account Manager for domestic and international accounts. BouMatic has allowed me to grow professionally through training and work experience. To this day, BouMatic provides a friendly work environment. It is my privilege to work with many talented, motivated, knowledgeable departments.
