Programmable

  • The newly upgraded PLC is now much easier to use and see. It incorporates a large touch screen for improved visibility. It has inputs for external control functions. The menu guidance is simple and has a help function. The display also shows clear status information.

Stainless steel bathtub

  • Durable and sturdy design. The total length of the tub is 2.8 m (9 ft). This is the minimum required to achieve two hoof beats.

Patented flow, filling and discharge

  • BouMatic utilizes uniform flow and filling with a minimum of noise, foam and bubbles. This reduces "startle" for the cow and reduces discomfort for the cow when passing. Cow comfort is the most important thing.

Separate mixing chamber

  • Having a separate mixing chamber is safer for farm employees, as they can mix hands-free. It also means that mixing is consistent and uniform, with better dosage control.

Simple

  • There can be a single controller for up to 4 hoof baths. Installation is simple and programming is also uncomplicated.

SmartDairy or Stand Alone

  • The StepGuardian can be used independently or can be integrated with SmartDairy for additional data.
