Parlor Moniter

The Apollo parlor monitor application is the perfect add-on for parlors having the SmartLite button as milking operator interface, but can also be used on parlors equipped with ApolloPoint keyboards.

• Provides live parlor data from a single point
• Displays the parlor layout as it is in reality, for both parallel / herringbone stalls as for rotaries.
• Helps you manage your milking facility using one or more touch screen displays placed within or outside the parlor

Milking System Control

Apollo delivers full per-stall control and monitoring. Every cow’s ID is captured, so each milking record is tied to the correct animal. Stall displays show live milking parameters like current yield, flow profile, milking time, conductivity and alert on potential problems. Farmers can immediately block a cow from milking in response to health or production issues. This stall level intelligence enables tailored routines by herd or group.

ApolloMeter sensors feed instantaneous flow rate and milk data to the system. Operators see flow curves and milk weights on the stall display and in the Parlor monitor.

Modular Design & Scalability

Apollo’s modular architecture lets farms build exactly the system they need and expand over time. Dairy operators can start with a basic parlor controller and add modules like feeding, sorting, additional parlors as their operation grows. All Apollo components plug into a single communications network, drastically simplifying installation compared to legacy wiring. Apollo includes parlor diagnostic tests and a report generator. Users can generate shift summaries, operator efficiency reports, or herd group analyses. The data can also be filtered by pen, parity or lactation stage sharpens decision-making.

Apollo has configurable alarm lists with different colors that can be tailored per cow or event, and appear on all Apollo displays. Each milking cycle and stall event is timestamped. This traceability helps answer “what happened” if a cow has a problem.
