BouMatic, LLC is looking to fill an exciting position to business partner with a Global Business - Financial Analyst - North America Rest of World (NAROW) Looking for a Financial Analyst (Business Partner) who can support accounting department and business partners. Functions

  • Prepare various sales reports to assist sales management decision making.
  • Identify trends and highlight for management deviations from plan.
  • Review sales transactions including sales allowance, no charge, internal account transactions and non-stock part lines for accuracy and reporting.
  • Calculate commissions, dealer rebates and other adhoc reports of sales and order activity and reconcile related accounts.
  • Serve as a primary source for gathering of corporate information on orders and revenue.
  • Reconcile intercompany AR, AP, sales and cost of sales transactions for month end reporting.
  • Track and adjust Revenue Recognition on System orders and software.
  • Close AR and AP at the beginning of the month, including producing reports, tying out data between GL and aging reports, depreciation entry and reconciliation and currency conversion transactions.
  • Track spending and progress of capital projects.
  • Prepare BGM Trial balance in same format as Madison to be used for analysis.
  • Create departmental expense reports to assist department heads.
  • Prepare Board of Director’s month end report including analysis, charts and graphs.
  • Act as primary resource on Budgeting Software.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ERP System. Currently implementing Microsoft 365 Dynamics Finance and Operations from JDE.
  • Excel skills to handle downloads of large amounts of data, proper sort information and present in tables, charts, etc.
  • Must have ability to interface with cross functional business partners.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting transaction flows.

Performance Skills
