We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! BouMatic is a well-established manufacturer within the dairy industry and works through a dealer network. This position will be responsible for communications directed at the end-user, the farmer, and obtaining leads to pass to the dealer network. BouMatic has other inter-related businesses that this position could also have responsibility within their digital marketing needs. As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning and managing our overall digital marketing and lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for managing the strategy, leading your team, and ensuring that the business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

  1. Build and manage overall digital marketing strategy to acquire leads from the end user (dairymen) and to generate awareness within the veterinarian’s community.
  2. Oversee and assist in the creation and delivery of various digital journeys/ campaigns for every relevant email list.
  3. Responsible for the database management for dairies, veterinarians, leads/opportunities.
  4. Oversee the strategy and creation of design of templates and the various Call-to-Actions for each.
  5. Determine digital marketing KPIs and implement the reporting to determine each campaigns success. Develop and report on KPIs with the assistance of the Marketing Associate.
  6. Increase email subscriptions for email newsletters.
  7. Create and manage list segmentation based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  8. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
  9. Manage the lead nurturing and lead scoring for the sales funnel implementation, overseeing the hand-off of leads to the Sales CRM.
  10. Oversee the creation of all marketing landing pages to be used in lead acquisition and website.
  11. Oversee the creation of Expert Blogs and articles to be used on web and in email marketing.
  12. Oversee the creation of copy on website – “StoryBranding”.
  13. Create the strategy and oversee the implementation for the social media outlets to engage all generations of dairy producers and industry people in thinking/commenting about trends and news in the industry and BouMatic solutions.

Requirements:

  • This job is in Madison, Wisconsin.
  • 5+ years of relevant B2C work experience in marketing with a heavy focus on digital marketing
  • 1+ years using enterprise-level marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)
  • Proficient using marketing automation technology (with Microsoft a plus)
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Experience with email automation tools (from Microsoft a plus)
  • Proficient in social media channels

Relationships

  1. Reports to Director of Marketing
  1. Will have 2 direct reports: a Marketing Coordinator and a Marketing Associate
  1. Supports BouMatic Marketing efforts
  2. Works with cross functional project teams (i.e., members from Sales, Customer Engagement, Accounting, Purchasing, Shipping and Marketing)

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  1. Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time, extended computer use, hearing and seeing.
  1. Environmental requirements include working indoors.
  1. Moderate lifting and moving of items, particularly related to show set ups and maintaining warehouse for show displays and promotional items.
  1. Minimal travel required.
