Our service and sale staff are working hard to keep the job running in the field.
Today, most of our employees are working from home in order to minimize contacts with external people and to reduce the risk of contamination. For this reason, we will promote remote intervention when possible and let technicians go in the field for only emergencies taking all necessary hygiene precautions and social distancing rules.

As regards to shipping and receiving, we make every effort to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 virus on our supplies by building up a larger inventory of our spare parts.

We will try to inform you at an appropriate time if there are significant shortages in our product range.

We will continue to update our status via our social media and website and we encourage you to contact your BouMatic dealer to assess specific situations in your region.

We would like to send special thanks to all dairy farmers worldwide who keep on milking (when their health allows it) and who supply the world with fresh milk every day.
