Frost protection - Hygiene and cleaning products
Just a quick reminder of its importance in this particularly cold weather. Hygiene and cleaning products are sensitive to cold and, notably, to freezing temperatures. Not all are sensitive in the same way but, as a general rule, they have to be protected from sub-zero temperatures.
For optimal use, we recommend storing them in a heated room, so in particular for udder hygiene products the viscosity will be optimal and at a much more pleasant temperature for the cows in contact with the teats.
Please communicate this information to all users to ensure that all measures necessary to maintain the quality and efficiency of these products are taken.
Attention: Exposure to frost is particularly important in vehicles; most of them are not insulated and therefore very much exposed.
