Technicians

You provide technical support to our customers, dealers and dairy farmers with the operation of the installations, their uses and the maintenance of our products. In particular, you assist our dealer customers in their region when installing, commissioning or maintaining milking systems and automation components. You ensure the training of our employees and the end users. You participate in the development of the BouMatic technical training programme.

Sales reps

Your role is to manage the distribution network in your area. This involves boosting the sales network through close contact with the retailers/dealers and accompanying the representatives on their visits to farmers to secure the sale of major projects. You are a vector of added value in difficult negotiations involving big projects. You draw up the budgets and achieve the margin objectives for both milking equipment and spare parts and milking hygiene. You develop the commercial policy and the after-sales service in collaboration with the relevant managers.
