Center mounted

The DualFlo™ is a center mounted swing over milking system built to BouMatic’s tough quality standards and is ideal for dairy operators who want an efficient, high throughput milking system. The center mounted DualFlo offers the convenience of a parlor-based milking system with a lower investment than traditional double-sided parlors. The swing arm pivots from the center of the pit to service both sides of the parlor. The operator control can be mounted overhead in the center of the pit, or at the end of the arm, depending on customer preference.

Exclusive modular design

DualFlo systems are made in a series of of 3- or 4-stall modules joined together to build a system the desired parlor size. Modules are available with milk inlets spaced at 28 inch [711 mm] or 30 inch [762 mm] centers to fit standard BouMatic stall dimensions. The DualFlo 3- and 4-stall modules can be used to create systems in parlors ranging from a 2 x 3 through 2 x 32*.

Stainless steel covers

Optional stainless steel covers are available to fit the 3- and 4-stall modules. These covers improve parlor aesthetics, protect the equipment and help it stay cleaner. Covers are hinged at the top to provide easy access when service is required.

Choice of automation levels

The DualFlo system can be outfitted with an array of automation levels to suit any dairy operation and management style.

Individual components

Individual components (swing arms, swing arm brackets and line hangers) are available to customize systems for non standard (other than 28 inch [711 mm] or 30 inch [762 mm]) stall sizes. The swing arm bracket and line hanger components can be used to construct a system assembled on site, allowing a system to be built for any size parlor using any size stall. Ideal for new customers with existing non- BouMatic stalls. Offer the benefits of the DualFlo system to new customers with existing parlors regardless of what brand they are using. If you need a DualFlo system for a double 5 parlor, which can not be constructed with the standard 3- and 4-stall modules, individual components can be used to customize a system for the dairy. BouMatic recommends a minimum of one line hanger every 8 feet [2.4 m]. The same automation options available for custom systems are offered on modular systems.
